... there were less than 10 of us (including munchkins)
... my heart was breaking at the thought of starting over, again
... I was stuck in unforgiveness & regret
... Scott & Amanda were our only friends & support
... meeting my soon to be sis-in-law for the first time
... Bill still worked at Family Services
... my kids missed their papa
... I was still just getting my feet wet @ Bellin
... Beth & Levi decided "YES"

You know...what a privilege to be a part of this family. To see each of you in community. To experience that really cool place where friendship and family merges. To know that each and every person has a place and is learning to know what that place is. Thanks!!! You all are awesome!

ah...a year ago for me:
: experiencing my first ever Christmas without my mom
: trying to accept that i was living back in wisconsin
: not imagining that God would really be able to use me in ministry again
: mostly just hoping we could pay the bills
: i'm so thankful that 2006 was approaching and so much got better; hope came alive
