That is SUPER hilarious...especially considering I am reading it after taking my kids with me grocery shopping yesterday...with similar events happening. (I only have two!! I can't imagine six!!) My older son was yelling "FART" as we were halfway through the store and his younger brother copies most of what he says...so needless to say...I got some double takes with the old folks as my two boys are pleasantly singing about farts. I decided it was easier to keep them parked at the end of the aisle toward the end of the trip and high tail it to pick out whatever two items I needed down there...but it stopped working when they started RUNNING after me dodging other carts and causing people to gasp screaming,"Mommy, mommy, mommy!!!". AND we left with my son screaming at the top of his lungs that I am a bad mom for not buying him orange tic tacs after I already got the spidermen fruit rollups...whoever did decide to put the candy in the check out aisle...seriously did not have kids-that I can completely agree with her on. This was sooooo funny and true. Thanks for sharing! It's great to get an accurate and honest depiction of other mother's going through the same things we do!
LOL...I KNEW you'd like this one. It took me right back to childhood and trips to Shop Rite with all 6 of us in tow. I think my mother was a super hero, I don't know how she did it.
